The SocialArchitect.com Events Registration and Ticketing system offers user-friendly tools to help with the management of free and ticketed events.

There are no commissions or fees to use the Events system and your payments (if any) go directly to your paypal account. You get your money right away, no waiting.

With the Events System you can:

  • Sell tickets with multiple price levels
  • Sell additional items (programs, packages, course materials, supplies, souvenirs, etc),
  • Register attendees
  • Print your guest list (with payment status - ideal for managing Pay at the Door and Check-ins)

Take full control of your Events with the JTicketing IOS & Android app for Event Owners. Event owners using the app can :

  • See the list of all your events
  • Select an event for which attendees check-ins are to be monitored
  • Use the Camera & QR Code based Scan & Check in option to scan in Tickets
  • Search and Add a particular user or ticket number and check him or her in.
  • After scanning the ticket, the app will return the Ticket status
  • You can also see event stats and current list of checked in Guests.

Your Guests can pay online with any major credit card using Paypal.

Once your event is set up, you can utilize the other site features to connect with your guests and build community support.

In order the information you'll need is:

  • Title - enter the name of your event
  • Set to private? - check if you don't want it in the calendar
  • Summary - a short description
  • Description - full event details, include images if you like
  • Category - select from the dropdown
  • Location - enter the street address of the event
  • Start Time - date and time
  • End Time - date and time
  • All Day? - check the box if its all day
  • Repeat - is it going to be run again, like a class?
  • Time Zone - select from the dropdown
  • Number of Seats - how many attendees? leave at 0 if unlimited.
  • Allow Guests to invite. - check if that's ok
  • Create Paid Event? - If you need TICKETS (free or paid) - check to activate the additional fields. Y
  • Paypal Email - YOUR paypal email if you are charging for tickets
  • Ticket Types - set your type information - Type, Description, Cost and Number Available
  • Attendee Fields - add any additional fields for information you need using the dropdowns, Company name, Tshirt sizes etc

To add additional ticket types, click the + symbol (Add More Ticket Types) and enter the information. Examples could include Table rates, VIP Packages where you include other items in the description or anything else you like.

  • Company Name - Title: Company Name, Field Type: Text, Required: Yes or No
  • Tshirt size - Title: TShirt Size, Field Type: Single Select, Content Small|Med|Large|XL Required: Yes or No

Create as many as you need and click save.

Ticket Type Examples

To create an event, log in to your account and in the main menu select Events >> Create an Event and enter the details.

After creating your event, you can upload an avatar and event photo and manage your tickets from the Events page.

  • Type: Gold Package, Description: Table of 8 with VIP Bottle Service and Basket of Treats, Cost: $1500, Number Available: (how many do you have?)
  • Type: Course Program: Description: XYZ Class with Study Guide, Cost: $189.95, Number Available: (number of seats)
  • Type: Team Registration: Description: Team Fees with Banquet, Group of 20, Cost: $2500, Number Available: (number of slots)

Those are just examples but you as you can see, you can set your prices and include your extras as well as assign the number of seats / tickets / booths you have available etc..

Ticket Buyer FAQS

How do I get my tickets?

Log in and click View or Print My Tickets in the Events menu.

A printable ticket is also sent via email when the transaction is complete.

Can I get a refund?

If the event is more than 60 days away, yes. If not, please check with the Event Manager for their policies.

Can I check in at the door?

Yes if the Event Manager is using the mobile app.

How many tickets can I buy at the same time?
