As the Principal at Mediability.pro, the longest running disabled talent promotions agency in the world, established in 1994, she has been involved in hundreds of productions in casting and talent sourcing for television, film and stage.

An avid skier, she runs the Unlimbited ski program and the Vets Help Emergency Response trailer.

A past tech judge for the Consumer Electronics Show she has been instrumental in introducing the disabled consumer segment to major brands.

As a former fashion model and television personality, she has been featured in numerous campaigns and commercials for major brands including McDonalds, Kelloggs, KMart and Sears.
