General

Returns, Exchanges and Lost Items
Shipping
Included on single tags. Bulk orders are quoted.
Returns. All sales final. Damaged or dead on arrival, email a photo within 7 days for a replacement.
Programming. How to change the message, where the password is, no app needed to read it. Link to the instructions page you already have.
What if it doesn’t tap. Photo, we replace it. Same as damaged.
Refunds and Cancellations
Orders for items that are cancelled the same day they are placed will be immediately refunded. Refunds or cancellations are not available if your order has been started.
Creation of your order starts the day after an order is received. If your order has not been started, we're happy to cancel it and refund your money.
Returns
All sales are final. Cards and tags are not returnable. If your received items are damaged, they will be replaced at no charge. To start the replacement process please send a photo of the damaged item within 7 days. No replacements will be considered after 7 days.
As our items are hand produced individually, there will be minor inconsistencies in each item as compared to other items in the order. This is the nature of hand made / produced products and is not considered a defect or damage for returns.
Printing errors that are our will be replaced. Printing errors as a result of uploaded artwork are not considered damaged or defective.
Lost or Damaged Items
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please email us and we'll help get the process started to replace your items at no cost to you.
Programming Instructions
- Download any NFC app. NFCTools is a good one.
- With the app open, tap the tag with your phone to activate the tools.
- Navigate to the WRITE tab. You'll be prompted for your password. That is on your original packaging card under the scratch off security sticker.
- Add any fields or information and click save. You have about 400 characters to work with.
- Save and then choose your protection options. Locking means it can never be changed. Protecting means you can edit it if you have the password.

Wholesale / Retail
Order any of our in stock designs or customize your own. All cards and tags are individually packaged in a reclosable blister pack with hanging hole for retail display. Wholesale cards are NOT PREPROGRAMMED with any messaging.
Corporate Gifting and Events
Our tags and cards are better than a business card. As with all our products, you can choose from in stock designs or customize to suit your brand. All cards and tags are individually packaged in a reclosable blister pack. Corporate gifting cards and tags can be PREPROGRAMMED with your custom messaging.
Realtors, Insurance Agencies and Other Service Providers
Custom brand cards or tags as Thank You gifts or giveaways. The long lasting value extends beyond the closing of the deal.
Custom and Direct Support Tags FAQs
$2 from the purchase of these tags is dedicated to specific groups and / or causes. Custom Tags provide funding to the tag recipient and are not affected by offers or discounts no matter what link or referral code was used.

How do I get started?
Visit the Dedicated Funding Inquiry link and enter the information. High resolution images of any logos or other art will be helpful.
Can I have anything I want on my tag?
Within reason, yes. We will not print adult content, nudity, threatening speech or anything that violates our payment processor standards.
Social Benefit Projects FAQs
Social Benefit Project sponsorships provide much needed financial support to individuals, events, and other activities that create meaningful change in the community. We are the change we want to see.
What type of projects do you support?
Social Benefit Projects include disaster and emergency relief, quality of life grants, event sponsorships, business and education opportunities, durable medical equipment including wheelchairs, replacement parts, prosthetic limbs and clinic support for people in countries without opportunities.
What's the signifigance?
Social Benefit projects are usually run by disabled people to benefit others in some way. These people and their projects provide foundational support in the community from a first hand perspective.
Who can apply?
Individuals or groups with a project that creates meaningful change.
Are there ineligible projects?
Yes. We do not fund political parties, partisan events, religious ceremonies, civic events, parades, street fairs, or any program that is physically inaccessible or exclusionary by design.
How do I apply for funding?
Visit the Need Funding link and tell us a bit about your project. Funding is awarded on an "as available" basis.
Tag Partner Program FAQs
Looking for extra income (without a whole side hustle)? You can earn 20% of the revenue for every new sale you refer. Receive payouts every month via PayPal.
How does it work?
- Share your referral link or create custom ones. Using your CUSTOM link, your referrals will get 10% off their order.
- Get paid your share. Once your referrals pay for their product, you earn a 20% cut of the sale.
Is it free?
Yes. 100% free to be become a tag partner and share any links or videos.
Who is it suitable for?
Any person or group who wants the potential to bring in additional funds via our program.

We support virtual and in person consumer, trade, sports and other events, festivals, individuals, including our network of affiliated sites reaching consumers interested in health, fitness, sports, parenting, real estate, business, recreation, travel and lifestyle information.
What types of sponsorships are available?
We're interested in sponsoring Virtual and in person events that benefit / reach / include disabled consumers.
What's the process?
Enter your event information in the Need Funding form and include any cross promotion, logo and linking opportunities.
Do you have any event services?
Yes. Our event giveaway tags and cards are available for event management promotions and vendor giveaways.
