Impact

The situation in North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida is dire. There are thousands of disabled people displaced and without basic necessities and without their DME - wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other equipment.

Fundraising for this disaster is not subject to our dollar limit.

In 2023, Social Architects Jeff Tiessen, PLY and associates traveled to Belize to provide prosthetic limbs to people in need.

During the short but highly productive trip, they were able to fabricate 2 legs and connect with local technicians to arrange for supplies and replacement parts as well as planning the next trip with more fabrication materials and other supplies.
